Peeks and Pits: January 25, 2012

Peeks:
-Drank green tea
-Ran 2.75 miles and did a TON of ab exercises
-Ate a healthy breakfast and snack
Pits:
-forgot my lunch, so I had to eat a sub w/ whole wheat bread, cucumbers, turkey, banana peppers, lettuce, and black olives. May not sound bad, but apparently it had around 500 calories (according to a website)
-ate more than one plate for dinner
-ate white rice
