Breakfast:
-A bowl of Mini Wheats (Maple and Brown sugar) .. I’d usually add half a banana, but my dad didn’t <3
Lunch:
-6” turkey sub on whole grain ranch with lettuce, cucumbers, onion, black olives, and some light ranch
-a small apple
After-school snack:
-Around 8 almonds
-A cup of strawberry Yoplait Light
-A cutie orange
-2 apple slices with a tiny bit of peanut butter (not even half a teaspoon)
Dinner:
-Carrot+Chicken homemade soup
-Asian dish my mom makes (not the healthiest thing in the world, but not the worst either)
Gonna drink green tea in a bit!
Exercise (starting light!):
-300 calories on treadmill
-30 bicycle crunches
-30 mason twists
-20 leg lifts
-20 reverse crunches
-20 pulse ups
Remember, my previous exercise regimen consisted of me going downstairs to get more unhealthy snacks. No kidding. This is a start, and it seems to be working! :)
